Talk about hectic!? Since our last chat things have been so busy with work and normal summertime fun. In between work, I’ve managed to squeeze in a couple of BBQs here and there which has truly saved my sanity.
As August goes on, I start to realize summer is almost over (sad face), but the semester is almost here! (happy face). Although I have enjoyed my time away from the classroom, I have been trying to keep everything fresh in my mind and have been keeping up with education publications.
September 2011 will begin the last year of my time in the MAT@USC program and I’ve committed myself to the goal of Summa Cum Laude. This will be a very tough feat, but with a 3.5 GPA currently I hope to kick things into full gear! I look forward to the challenges that the new school year will bring; I also look forward to challenging myself. I hope you all are enjoying your summer time and taking advantage of the beautiful weather, but most importantly, I hope you all are taking advantage of the time we have to prepare! Good luck!
