One of the advantages of the MAT@USC is the in-class or, Guided Practice, portion of the program. You can either apply to have your California teacher certification transferred to Oklahoma through interstate reciprocity, or apply directly to Oklahoma’s certification board for to earn your Oklahoma teacher certification.
