To all the new students who began classes on February 21st, congratulations and welcome to the MAT@USC and the Trojan family. I was happy to meet some of you in San Diego last month and see your enthusiasm for your classes and faculty. If you have not already contacted your Academic Advisor, I encourage you to do so. Your Advisor will be an invaluable resource for you during your tenure in the program and will be able to help you along the way.
To all of our students who just began your last set of classes on March 7th, congratulations on your upcoming commencement, this is the last term before you begin your new role as MAT Alumni. It has been an honor to watch you grow in your practice as teachers, and we are eager to see where the road takes you. We look forward to reaching out to all of you in a few years as potential Master Teachers.
We know that this is a difficult time to be an educator, and we are here to support you during and beyond your time in the program.
