Currently adjunct professor in the MAT Online Program for the Rossier School of Education teaching Human DIfferences, both online and on campus.
Received Ed.D. from USC focusing on civic engagement and the partnering of school and community leaders.

Professional career has mainly been in K-12 public urban arena as a teacher and administrator.

Also, taught at Point Loma Nazarene University’s MA program doing action research projects.
