Recently, many of our MAT@USC students joined Drs. Melora Sundt and Ronni Ephraim for a special webinar entitled “What Does it Mean to Be a USC Teacher?”. Focused on the core principles of the program, the webinar covered the following topics:

  • What does it mean to be a USC teacher?
  • Why are the core principles of a USC teacher important?
  • What is the advantage of being a USC teacher?
  • Why will MAT students be better prepared to work in urban and high needs schools?

Dr. Sundt is a Professor of Clinical Education and Associate Dean for Academic Programs at the Rossier School of Education.     That was very informative. Thank you. Looking forward to the webinar on financial aid. How about a webinar on what are some typical days like in the program, projects, and some short interviews with some professors? I'm interested in the areas of reading, english/Tofel, and special education. Having somewhat slow processing speed myself these areas interest me. Thanks for listening and your help.
